Artist Mentorship
Diego Ferrari is a London-based artist, photographer, and educator with over twenty-five years of experience exhibiting and teaching across Europe. He teaches both Photography with Art and Architecture and Photography as Performance at Central Saint Martins, and is Senior Lecturer in Photography at Kingston University.
This mentoring treats photography as a creative methodology that connects observation, perception, and artistic inquiry. Sessions are individually tailored and may include portfolio reviews, project development, visual research, editing and sequencing, and exhibition preparation.
The approach draws on four interconnected fields: photography, the human body, the built environment, and the natural realm. Together they form an integrated practice through which participants examine their relationship with themselves, others, and the environments they inhabit.
The aim is to help participants recognise, articulate, and strengthen their own visual language and art practice.
